Long Term Care Planning

Taking the time to plan for the future provides peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Bailey Williams Law helps you through the process of planning ahead.

Health Care Power of Attorney

Make sure in the event you are hospitalized, illness, advanced age or become incapacitated that you are able to chose who will take over your health care needs and to make sure your health care wishes are complied with. If you do not have one in place, the court will decide who is in control of your health care. Having this in place will give you peace of mind. If you don’t have a Health Care Power of Attorney, it can be costly and confusing for family members to decide what is best for you.

Financial Power of Attorney

You designate who will take over your financial affairs in the event you become incapacitated. If you do not have a Financial Power of Attorney in place, the court decides for you, which is a costly and lengthy process. Family members have no direction or control of your finances.
